EinTopf & Bühne – Alpe Adria Days – Falstaff Magazine

Last Saturday, September 17th 2022, I was selected as the official water for the prestigious EinTopf & Bühne event hosted by Falstaff Magazine.
We had a tasteful evening at the art gallery Kunstbureau Klagenfurtwith Burgtheater director and author Martin Kušej and with four top chefs: Hubert Wallner from Gourmetrestaurant Hubert Wallner on Lake Wörthersee, Zlatko Konec from the Gasthof Sandwirt in Maria Saal together with Martin Kušej, Manuel Ressi from the Bärenwirt in Hermagor and Jure Tomič from the Ošterija Debeluh in Bezice in Slovenia will jointly explore the border triangle of Carinthia, Slovenia and Friuli. Immersing ourselves on a culinary and artistic journey of discovery.
Martin Kušej presented this culinary summit with readings from his new book “Hinter mir weiß“. The title of the book is dedicated to living in the moment, which is never realised as intensely as on stage, and which runs through the book as a guide.
Elisabeth Eder was the guide of this culinary evening and I was accompanied by other excellent beverages such as wines from the growing regions of Slovenia, Carinthia and Friuli.
During the dinner, all guests were able to taste how light and fresh I am, and they even got a preview of a new version of me.
Thank you Falstaff Magazine for organising this beautiful event and for having me as the official water. I am already looking forward to our next collaborations together and to even more dining and artistic experiences in the future, not only in Austria but all over the world!
