If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase we are here to help.
RETURNS:
We only allow returns of products that were damaged in delivery. The complaint must be made by email within 15 days of delivery and must include the order number and photos of the damaged goods. We offer a replacement of the product or a refund for the damaged product.
REFUNDS:
We offer refunds only if you contact us before we ship the items out. Once the product has a tracking number we can no longer offer a refund.
SHIPPING:
The shipping is not covered by us when refunding undamaged products and has to be organized by the customer himself.
