Sparkling Wine Festival – Falstaff Magazine

On Monday September 26, 2022, Falstaff Magazine held their Sparkling Wine Festival and I was the exclusive water partner at the event.

From sparkling wine, crémant, prosecco, Franciacorta to Cava: for the first time, Falstaff invited me to a first-class sparkling wine tasting and gave guests the unique opportunity to taste a large number of European sparkling wines from places such as Munich, Zurich, Vienna, and more at the exclusive ambience of Palais Coburg in Vienna.

I am very proud because this event created a new link between me, Wossa, Schaumwein and the Haute Cuisine. Thus, water is becoming increasingly important in upscale gastronomy, and not just abroad. More and more restaurateurs of Austrian haute cuisine are interested in expanding their range of water and offering their customers a selection of water – because water is not just water and not every water goes well with every dish. As with wine, connections should also be created between water and the respective food and underline the flavours of the culinary creation.That’s why I thank Falstaff for letting me present myself alongside champagne, prosecco and more at this year’s sparkling wine festival in the Palais Coburg in Vienna. This festival offered visitors the opportunity to taste the most popular sparkling wines from a wide variety of winegrowers and well-known producers and to gain insights into their production.

Apart from sparkling wine, the attention of the public was focused on me thanks to my elegant design and interesting history, opening up a new world of water for the amazing culinarians that visited the festival. I can’t wait to participate in more events like this and bring more of my world of water to the gastronomy sector!
